EVENT DETAILS:
Tennis is a sport enjoyed by all ages, from 8-year-old Juniors to players well into their 90s. We were fortunate to have had Howard Kuntz this year, a world-class 95-year-old. Additionally we had Roy Hoffmann, Ewald Groetsch, and Louis Generes, seasoned players who finish with medals. Earl Roney, Richard O'neill, and newcomers Keith Twitchell and Team Charlie Johnson/Ernie Will. Also Ernie's wife Joan brought her partner Mary Ann Reese and the team of Carolyn Abadie and Carolyn Kramer to play aginst Sally Treuting and Marie Royes. For a complete Results see below.

Event Coordinators for this event were Bill Pryor, Sally Treuting and Gwen Pablovitch. The Event was held Saturday, February 23, 2013 on the clay courts of City Park Tennis, in New Orleans, LA. The weather was (almost) GREAT this year. (?) For a MAP to the park click HERE.
